The first drill hits dirt and barely scratches through. I just grabbed this mining game expecting some mindless tapping but it’s weirdly satisfying. You dig straight down through layers of rock and ore. Each depth zone has different materials and some of them wreck your drill if you’re not upgraded enough. The Dig Deep Mod Apk version removes the wait timers and gives you unlimited currency which honestly made the puzzle side of it more fun for me. You have to manage your drill’s fuel and durability while figuring out which path down is actually worth taking. Some ore deposits are huge but surrounded by tough rock. Others are easy to reach but don’t give you much. The deeper you go the more you unlock. New drills handle heat better or move faster through specific materials. I’ve been trying to hit the bottom of the current map and it keeps throwing harder layers at me. Not what I expected but I’m still playing it.
