And others hide zombies behind walls in ways that feel cheap until you spot the one angle that cracks it open.

The whole vibe is dark but not serious. Moody backdrops, grumpy zombie groans, chunky sound effects when a headshot connects. It’s not trying to scare you or tell a story, just set a tone that makes launching corpses across the screen feel slightly less ridiculous.
