Prisoners huddle in cells, cops patrol in circles, and somewhere between the two sits a handful of traps that’ll flatten anyone who doesn’t think three moves ahead. Escape Masters is a puzzle game dressed up as a jailbreak simulator, and most of what happens comes down to drawing the right path with your finger before the guards close in. Dig tunnels, dodge spike traps, collect skins and cars and mansions if that’s your thing. The base game makes you grind for coins or sit through ads to unlock half the cosmetics. Between escapes, the game dumps you into a shop full of character skins, vehicles, and house upgrades. Most of it’s cosmetic. The cars don’t change how you solve puzzles, the mansions are just static images you can spend coins on, and the skins are there if you want your prisoner to look like a chef or a superhero mid-escape. And the grind to afford any of it gets old fast unless you’re watching ads or replaying old levels for pocket change. The clown skin alone costs eighteen thousand coins.
